Do I need an account to use the builder?

You can explore and edit the builder as a guest, but your private dashboard, synced account workspace, and support inbox become available after registration.

When do I need Premium?

You can keep building and previewing on the free plan. Premium is mainly needed for premium templates, PDF export, and higher-end output workflows.

Can I manage multiple resumes?

Yes. Your dashboard portfolio lets you keep multiple saved resume records, switch the active one, and continue editing the selected version in the builder.

How does support work?

Inside the dashboard there is a private support area for registered users. You can open a conversation, receive replies from the admin, and continue the same thread later.

How fast do support replies arrive?

Most support messages are answered within 24 hours. The full message history remains visible in your dashboard so nothing gets lost.

Can I track the admin reply after I send a message?

Yes. Replies appear inside your dashboard support inbox. You can reopen the same conversation and answer back without leaving the platform.

Still need help?

Registered users can open a private support conversation from the dashboard and usually receive a reply within 24 hours.
